Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions are a translation from the Swedish version. In case of dispute the Swedish version is always the valid one.
Prices & Delivery
Current price is the price stated when you place your order. All priced are presented in Swedish Crowns (SEK) and includes VAT (25%). We reserve the right to correct any prices due to spelling or printing errors and to adjust our prices without prior notice.
Within Sweden: Freight free over 499kr otherwise 49kr.
The delivery time is 3-5 working days within Sweden. If there is any delay in shipping your order we will inform you.
Silvertree sends all packages within Sweden with PostNord. You will ne notified when your package can be collected. To collect your package at your nearest postal servicepoint you must bring the shipment number and a valid identity card.
The package will remain at the service agent for 14 days. If the package is not collected within this time period it falls under the heading "Uncollected Packages" below.
If your goods is damaged or lost during transport Silvertree is responsible.
Payments with Payson. With Payson you can pay quickly and safely. Chose to complete you purchase directly using VISA, MasterCard, internet bank or pay after delivery using invoice or installments. You can read more on www.payson.se
Credit Card (fee 0kr)
We accept VISA or Mastercard.
Internet Bank (fee 0kr)
We accept internet bank payments from the most common banks in Sweden. You must have an internet bank account with one of these banks to use this payment option. During the check out you will be redirected to your normal internet bank where you can make a direct payment to us.
We offer Payson Invoice in co-operation with Payson AB.
For payment terms of 14 days the fee is 0kr. For payment terms of 30 days the fee is 29kr. To chose invoice as payment option you must be at least 18 years old, have a registered address in Sweden and be approved in the credit check that that is performed during your purchase. Companies that chose Payson Invoice must be registered in Sweden.
The invoice will be sent in a separate e-mail to the e-mail address you have stated during the checkout. At late payment we will send a payment reminder with an added fee (regulated by law) of currently 60kr. We will also charge interest of 2% per month counted from the due date of the invoice. If you don't pay the the debt till be handed over to debt collection and a fee, regulated by law, of 180kr will be added. Payson resereves the right to in individual cases refuse delivery and review your credit vetting.
When you chose to pay with Payson Invoice the invoice will be sold to Payson AB and thereafter to SVEA Ekonomi AB, 556489-2924.
Installments (interest and fees are clearly stated in checkout )
We offer the option to pay via Payson Installments, where you can divide you payment in installments in up to 24 months. Current interest rates and fees are clearly stated in the checkout.
Exchange & Return
Rights to Cancel / Return Rights
We offer 30 days rights to cancel, return and exchange on all full price items. This means that you within 30 days after you have received the goods can return goods for a full refund or exchange.This is in Swedish referred to as "Öppet Köp".
By Swedish law you have up to 14 days to change your mind after you have received the goods. This is referred to as "Ångerrätt" in Swedish. This is valid on all items including sale items.
Exchange to another item is handled as a new order, which means that additional freight fees will be charged.
Exchange to the same item in a different colour or size is handled free of charge. You will however have to pay the return freight to us for the items you want to exchange.
Irrespective if you use your right to cancel or exchange the item you return must be unused in its undamaged original packaging with any labels still attached.
Please always contact us on sales(at)silvertree.se to obtain a return number before you return any items to us.
A return should be received by us no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you intend to return and item.
You are responsible to cover all freight costs back to us and that the item is received undamaged by us. Returns sent as Cash on Delivery will not be accepted.
If you want a refund we will refund your money no later than within 14 days after we have received your return.
Note that not collecting a package is not the same as exercising your right to cancel, return or exchange. For uncollected packages that are returned to us we will charged a fee of 250kr to cover our freight and handling costs.
Silvertree provides a product warranty of 1 (one) year except on consumables. We furthermore provide 3 (three) years right to complain as per Swedish consumer law (Konsumentköplagen).
The product warranty covers faults that are manufacturing or material related, that is faults that existed at the time of delivery. Damage due to external factors is not covered by any warranty.
In accordance with Swedish consumer law (Konsumentköplagen) you have the right to complain about items up to 3 (three) years from the date you have received the goods. You as buyer must, after the warranty period, prove that the fault on the product existed already at the time of delivery. Any fault that occurs within 6 months from the time of purchase is normally considered to be a manufacturing or material fault unless the seller can prove any different. The right to complain is not valid if the damage has occured due to wear and tear, unintended usage or external factors.
You receipt/invoice that is enclosed with the delivery is your proof of purchase. Keep this document safe as it is needed for warranty claims. Always contact us at sales(at)silvertree.se for further information if you want to exercise the warranty.
Should an item be damaged during transport please contact us within 14 days after receipt of the delivery on sales(at)silvertree.se. We will then make sure that you receive a new item or refund your money. We will also refund the freight cost for returning the faulty item to us.
At the unlikely event of a dispute our policy is to follow the recommendation from the Swedish National Board of Consumer Complaints (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden).
